Participation

Use CaseHunt only where you are legally permitted to do so and meet the age requirements that apply to you. Do not use the service on behalf of someone who is not eligible.

Keep control of your wallet and use a Steam trade link for an account you are authorized to receive items on. Connecting a wallet identifies your game account. Do not share private keys or seed phrases with CaseHunt or other players.

Playing fairly

Case locations, availability and game limits can change. The server checks proximity, eligibility, previous claims and the available prize pool. You can reserve one map case at a time within 200 m for five minutes; only you may open it while the reservation is active. Opening still requires being within 25 m and meeting the game’s checks. A map marker alone does not reserve a case. Follow the rules and odds shown for your opening.

Do not spoof GPS, automate claims, exploit bugs, replay requests, impersonate other players or interfere with the service. Access or withdrawals may be paused while suspicious activity or an error is investigated.

Each connected wallet identifies a separate account with its own progress and game limits. Different accounts can use the same network. Each Steam trade recipient can be linked to only one CaseHunt account. You must prove ownership of a wallet before accessing its account.

Stay safe while hunting

Watch your surroundings and follow local rules. Do not trespass, enter restricted areas, use the game while driving or cycling, or take an unsafe route to a case. Map data and walking directions may be incomplete or inaccurate. A marker does not grant permission to enter a property.

Items and withdrawals

An opening result is recorded on your account. The available actions shown for that item may include keeping it, requesting delivery to Steam or accepting a wallet cash-out. Cash-out quotes and displayed estimates are not guaranteed future resale prices. Review the quote before confirming an action.

Skin delivery depends on a valid trade link, available inventory, funding, provider availability and Steam restrictions. We match the item, condition and applicable StatTrak or Souvenir variant; no exact float or pattern is promised unless expressly specified for that award. Do not assume a preview of a collection guarantees that every item is currently available to win.

A recorded prize cannot be both cashed out and delivered. Pending withdrawals can take time and may require action in Steam. Check the recorded status before retrying. Blockchain transfers cannot normally be reversed, so verify the receiving wallet before confirming a payout.

Free giveaways

When giveaways are active, registered player accounts enter automatically, including accounts that are offline. No purchase or separate entry is required. Draws are scheduled every 30 minutes, with one randomly selected account per round. A funded prize is saved to the winner’s My Skins. Processing can be delayed by marketplace availability or funding checks; the recorded winner is retained during a retry. The winner’s username, or shortened wallet address when no username is set, and prize appear in public drop feeds.

Token and market risks

Token prices, fees and liquidity can change sharply. Using CaseHunt does not promise investment returns, a share of future revenue, continued prize funding or a minimum token value. Game participation and market activity carry separate risks. Do not rely on a displayed skin estimate as financial advice.

Availability and third parties

Features may change or be paused for maintenance, security or funding issues. Third-party wallets, maps, marketplaces, Steam and blockchain networks can be unavailable. Keep your own record of important transactions and contact us to report discrepancies.

Counter-Strike, Steam and their item artwork and marks belong to their respective owners. CaseHunt is not represented as affiliated with or endorsed by Valve. Third-party services have their own terms.
