Getting started

What is CaseHunt?

A walking game where you find cases on the map and open them for CS2 items. Connect your wallet to save your progress.

Do I need a Solana wallet?

Yes. Connect your wallet to save progress and open cases. Sign-in is free.

Start with one free case

Connect your wallet and complete or skip profile setup to receive your welcome case. Open it on your phone or tablet.

Walk, find, open

Choose a case, follow the route and walk within 25 m (82 ft) to open it on your phone or tablet.

Do I need GPS?

Yes, to open cases. Allow location on your phone or tablet and stay near the case while GPS checks your position.

Playing the hunt

Can I reserve a case?

Within 200 m, reserve one case for five minutes. Only you can open it during that time, even if the round resets. Get within 25 m before the timer ends.

25 cases, then a cooldown

You have 25 openings per day, including gifts. Map cases refresh every 30 minutes. Reserved cases stay held until their five-minute timer ends.

How do levels work?

Earn XP by opening cases, walking and playing on consecutive days. Badges add one-time milestone bonuses. Each new level takes more XP. See your progress and XP rates in Profile.

Why are some cases rarer?

Higher-value containers appear less often. Their tiers run from Common to Relic; skin rarity is separate.

Can I cycle or drive between cases?

Walking only. Fast movement temporarily pauses openings.

What can I find?

Every completed opening contains an item. See Contents & odds on any case for the rarity distribution.

Keep, withdraw or sell

Wins are saved to My skins automatically. Keep them there, withdraw to Steam, or sell for USDT in your Solana wallet.

Your wins stay in My skins. Add your Steam trade link in your profile when you’re ready to withdraw.

How do deliveries work?

Choose Withdraw in My skins and accept the Steam trade offer when it arrives. Track its status there.

How long does Steam delivery take?

Usually under five minutes. Busy periods or Steam delays can take a little longer. Accept the trade offer in Steam when it arrives.

How the prize pool grows

Every win reserves its prize budget. Another player cannot spend your reserve.

Location denied or inaccurate?

Enable precise location for CaseHunt in your browser settings and move into an open area. Follow safe, accessible walking paths.

The case or odds changed.

The case may have expired or another hunter claimed it. Refresh to see what’s available.

I lost the connection during an opening.

Your won skin is saved to My skins before the animation starts. Reconnect to find it there, even if you never chose Keep or Withdraw.
